The Beautiful City Project has announced the cast of its unique May fundraising cabaret. A SECRET GARDEN PARTY will feature over a dozen songs about gardens and flowers, bringing gorgeous tunes to life. This VIP-level event will raise funds for TBCP's upcoming production of JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR, whose proceeds will go to the fantastic organization Intentional Sports.

The Beautiful City Project announces the cast of its August fundraising cabaret BALL NIGHT, with proceeds to benefit Special Olympics Illinois, an organization that provides year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills and friendship with their families, other Special Olympics athletes and the community.
Cast Announced for Virtual Performances of BOX & COX
PrideArts Artistic Director Donterrio Johnson today announced casting for the second entry in the company's four - show virtual fall season called REIGNITE! Johnson will direct the hilarious comedy BOX AND COX by John Maddison Morton, a loosely staged production to be recorded live in the Pride Arts Center's Buena Theatre.

Experience the first of Buck Creek Players' Collection of Favorites as we open our 43rd season of quality theater with the comedy DIRTY BLONDE by Claudia Shear, with original music by Bob Stillman. Our 198th production will open on Friday, September 30th, and continue for two weekends through October 9th, as we count down to our 200th production. Curtain times are at8PM on Friday and Saturday, with 2:30PMmatinees on Sunday. All performances will be held at the Buck Creek Playhouse, 11150 Southeastern Avenue. The Buck Creek Players ends its 2011-2012 season 'It Takes Two' with The Playhouse Players Youth Production of Thoroughly Modern Millie Junior. Opening tonight, July 27th, and running for two weekends through Sunday, August 5th, curtain times will be at 8:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, with 2:30 p.m. matinees offered on Sunday.
