BWW Reviews: Coeurage Theatre Gets Gutsy with CANNIBAL! The Musical
Long before Trey Parker and Matt Stone became famous and transformed the world of entertainment with their hit television series South Park and Broadway phenomenon The Book of Mormon, they were two unknown college student with big dreams. They shared the same wickedly subversive sense of humor and have always written what they thought was funny, regardless of anyone else's opinion. Love 'em or hate 'em, I think you'd agree that sticking to that formula has turned out pretty well for them.

BWW Reviews: No One Loses in This 25th ANNUAL PUTNAM COUNTY SPELLING BEE
Talk about quirkiness and how it can be used to its best advantage in a musical! The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee is terribly funny in a smart, slick, offbeat manner with prize worthy characterizations of lively eclectic people. It may be a tad long like the actual spelling out of words (that are not to be believed!)yet the exaggeration and contestants' varied reactions give rise to some great comic moments...and I love the audience involvement! Some of the contestants are picked from the audience and their ad-libs lend one.of.a.kind hilarity. The unpredictability in denouement is another big plus in the overall enjoyment of the show. It's like a real contest.
BWW Reviews: Fringing it with [title of show]
[title of show] is the story of two musical theatre guys who aren't anywhere close to making it but decide to write a musical about writing a musical, starring themselves and their two best friends.
