Dublin Theatre Festival Reveals Its 2024 Programme
The Festival has unveiled 30 productions in its 2024 programme, featuring new voices as well as familiar faces, a wealth of Irish and International work, exploring stories about family, identity, migration, climate, colonial legacies, conflict and its resolution.
SUPER-BOGGER Will Tour Ireland
Livin' Dred Theatre presents the World Premiere of Super-Bogger by award-winning writer Clare Monnelly. Presented in association with Droichead Arts Centre, this one-man whirlwind performance, stars award-winning actor Aaron Monaghan, in the hilarious origin-story of Ireland's first superhero, looking into the fragmented mind of a modern parent. Ian Rickson Directs Conor McPherson's New Adaptation Of Chekhov's UNCLE VANYA at the Harold Pinter Theatre
Sonia Friedman Productions today announced Conor McPherson's (The Weir, Girl from the North Country) new adaptation of Anton Chekhov's masterpiece Uncle Vanya directed by Ian Rickson (Jerusalem, The Seagull) which will run at the Harold Pinter Theatre from 14th January 2020 with Opening Night on Thursday 23rd January 2020. Tickets go on general sale from Monday 30th September with priority booking from Wednesday 25th September.
