BIO
Tom trained at the Guildford School of Acting and since graduating in 2004 has built up an extensive list of TV, film and theatre credits.
Tom is sometimes vaguely recognised in the UK as 'Christophuck' from E4's cult comedy series, PHONESHOP and is hardly ever recognised in the US for playing regular roles in NBC’s A.P. BIO and Christopher Guest's HBO series, FAMILY TREE. Recent TV comedy credits include CRACKANORY, DRUNK HISTORY, MURDER IN SUCCESSVILLE, LEE & DEAN, and TIMEWASTERS. Other TV credits include REBELLION, TINA AND BOBBY, FUNGUS THE BOGEYMAN, SILENT WITNESS, FOYLE'S WAR, MIDSOMER MURDERS, UPSTAIRS DOWNSTAIRS, ULTIMATE FORCE, EASTENDERS, DOCTORS, MURDER PREVENTION, MY HERO, MINDER, COMIC STRIP PRESENTS, BOOZE CRUISE II, PULLING, and of course, THE BILL.
Tom’s film credits include the Elton John biopic ROCKETMAN, Disney’s PATRICK, Ricky Gervais’ DAVID BRENT: LIFE ON THE ROAD, Christopher Guest’s MASCOTS for Netflix, and Whit Stillman’s LOVE AND FRIENDSHIP, for which he won the Critic’s Circle Film Award for Best Supporting Actor and a Best Supporting Actor nomination at the Evening Standard British Film Awards.
Tom’s theatre credits include PUSHING UP POPPIES (Theatre 503), INCIDENT AT THE BORDER (Trafalgar Studios), RAISING MARTHA (Park Theatre) and SWALLOWS & AMAZONS (Bristol Old Vic).
