Dance Events Announced For July at IF Milton Keynes International Festival
The International Festival has always been known for its creative use of Milton Keynes' distinctive urgan and green spaces and this year's dance events will take place at the Amphitheatre and Embankment Stage in Campbell Park, the Peace Pagoda at Willen Lake and the car part at the iconic Point Building.
Tara Grammy's MAHMOUD Opens 5/10 in Los Angeles
Following back-to-back wins for best solo performance at the Toronto and New York Fringe Festivals in 2012 and a brief run at the Santa Monica Playhouse earlier this year, Tara Grammy will reprise her acclaimed solo performance in Mahmoud at the Whitefire Theatre in Sherman Oaks beginning May 10. This limited, final run in the Los Angeles area will run through June 29 only.
FringeNYC Encore Series Begins Today
Now in its 7th year, the FringeNYC Encore Series gives theatre lovers another chance at seeing some of the most critically acclaimed and most crowd-pleasing shows from the Festival. Beginning September 7th, the FringeNYC Encore Series will present 19 'Best of The Festival' shows in rotating repertory at SoHo Playhouse and The Huron Club (both located at 15 Vandam Street between 6th Avenue & Varick) as well as at The Players Theater (115 MacDougal Street between Bleecker and Houston Streets). MAMOUD Makes NY Premiere at FringeNYC, 8/10
Pandemic Theatre will present MAHMOUD as part of the 16th annual New York International Fringe Festival - FringeNYC. Written and performed by Tara Grammy, it the work of director and co-writer Tom Arthur Davis and 4-time Dora Award Winner Soheil Parsa as consulting director.
