Acting credits include: Broadway National Tours of Show Boat (Jake) directed by Harold Prince, Parade (J.N. Starnes) directed by Harold Prince and conducted by Jason Robert Brown, Leachman and Howard: Together at Last! (Two-person show with Cloris Leachman). New York Theatre: Elegies (Bill Russell, director/writer) National Dance Institute, The Happy Prince (Cedric) New York Musical Theatre Festival, Jubilee (Ensemble Studio Theatre), Hunchback of Notre Dame (ABC Television-workshop), Abelard and Heloise (Roundabout Theatre). Regional: Studio Arena, Capital Repertory, Boston Shakespeare, Merrimack Repertory, Pittsburgh CLO, Stages St. Louis, Actors Theatre of Louisville. Television: Law and Order: Criminal Intent, Late Night with David Letterman.
As a director, most recently, his direction of The Radium Girls: A Jaw Dropping New Musical received a Regional Broadwayworld Award (2022) In 2018, Tim’s reimagining of Evita received 10 National Awards from the Kennedy Center (KCACTF) including Distinguished Director of a Musical. He also received Outstanding Director of a Musical for The Drowsy Chaperone (2017) and Parade (2016). Recent credits regionally include directing the premier of a new play, Killing Mom at ACT, A Christmas Carol at Music Theatre of Connecticut and A.R. Gurney’s The Fourth Wall at Oldcastle Theatre Company in Vermont. His direction of Big River, also at Oldcastle, received a Berkshire Theatre Award nomination. Additional directing:
