BIO

Thalissa Teixeira trained at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. Previous work for Shakespeare’s Globe includes: Othello, The Broken Heart, The Changeling. Other theatre includes: Blood Wedding (Young Vic); Julie (National Theatre) Yerma (Young Vic transfer to Armory Theatre Ney York City); The Unknown Island (The Gate Theatre); The Night Watch (Royal Exchange); BU21 (Theatre 503); Electra (Old Vic) Film includes: Takedown, Exit Eve, A Family Affair, Wildfire. Television includes: Trigonometry, Two Weeks to Live, Press, The Musketeers, Midsomer Murders.

DR SEMMELWEIS Run Extended At Bristol Old Vic

Bristol Old Vic today announces a week-long extension of the world première of Dr Semmelweis, based on an original idea by Mark Rylance, and written by Stephen Brown with Rylance. The production opened on 26 January, and now runs until 19 February 2022.
