Tallulah Bankhead once said, “Say anything about me, darling, as long as it isn’t boring.” The Roustabouts Theatre Company rose to that challenge with “Looped.” It is a delightfully funny play showcasing her humor and heartbreak, with a lead performance that Bankhead herself would agree is captivating.   “Looped” is playing through October 20th.

Oceanside Theatre Company Announces Fourth Collaboration With Scripps Ranch Theatre: LUCKY STIFF

Lucky Stiff is a frolicking musical romcom full of hilarious hijinx in which English shoe salesman Harry Witherspoon agrees to take his dead uncle's corpse on vacation to Monte Carlo in hopes of winning his inheritance - which it turns out was embezzled from his uncle's girlfriend's husband. The musical farce, written by the Tony-award-winning writing team Lynn Ahrens and Stephen Flaherty and directed by Moonlight Theatre founder Kathy Brombacher, offers audiences a wonderful sense of escapism.

Scripps Ranch Theatre continues their 43rd Season with their production of NEAT written by Charlayne Woodard and directed by Claire Simba, running at their theatre on the campus of Alliant Int’l University.  NEAT is a co-production between Scripps Ranch Theatre and Loud Fridge Theatre Group.
