Moliere In The Park Announces Full Cast for Inaugural Season
Moliere in the Park, presented in partnership with the Prospect Park Alliance and the LeFrak Center at Lakeside, has announced its full cast for its inaugural season. The three-day event begins with the company launch and fundraiser on Saturday, May 18 at 7pm, followed by two free staged public readings of two-time Pulitzer Prize winner Richard Wilbur's translation of Moliere's THE MISANTHROPE, directed by Moliere in the Park's Founding Artistic Director Lucie Tiberghien, with original songs by Tony and two-time Obie Award winner Stew, on Sunday, May 19 at 7pm and Monday, May 20 at 7pm.

The team behind 2016's multi award-winning 'Dorothy of Nowhere' are set to return with something new and darker. They have recently announced the beginning of the development process for the original play 'Succubus'. Penned by Thomas Burns Scully (writer of 'Dorothy of Nowhere'), this story sees a move in to the world of Gaimanesque urban-fantasy.

New work by an international group of New York City artists,'Black Garden', which made its world premiere in Paris, France, in September at the Theatre de l'Opprime, will perform its North American premiere at The Tank NYC this February. The play, written by Gordon Penn ('Into The Zone') and directed/produced by Arthur Makaryan (2017-18 Juilliard Opera Directing Fellow) performs February 6, 7, 13, 14 at 8pm and February 9 & 16 at 3pm.

YOUR ALICE Returns To The UK For A London Reading At The Arcola Theatre
Your Alice by Billie Aken-Tyers heads to London for a reading at the Arcola Theatre on November 30th. Following its international premier at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and Off-Broadway run in New York City, Your Alice returns to the UK this fall. Produced by Pinkhouse Productions LLC, Your Alice follows Charles Dodgson (pen name Lewis Carroll) as he tells his child muse, Alice, her favorite story for the last time. As they sail down the Oxford River, his beloved characters weave the audience in and out of Wonderland and through his tortured relationship with 10-year-old Miss Liddell.
