Court Theatre to Conclude 2017-2018 Season with THE ORIGINALIST
Court Theatre, under the continuing leadership of Charles Newell, Marilyn F. Vitale Artistic Director, concludes its 2017/18 season with the Asolo Repertory Theatre, Arena Stage, Pasadena Playhouse production of The Originalist by John Strand, directed by Molly Smith with Associate Director Seema Sueko, and featuring Edward Gero as Antonin Scalia. The Originalist runs May 10 - June 10, 2018 at Court Theatre, 5535 S. Ellis Ave. The press opening is Saturday, May 19, 2018 at 8:00pm.

This is a stirring new play that explores the power of community in the face of the tragedy in Newtown, CT and proceeds will benefit Everytown for Gun Safety and the Newtown Action Alliance.

Cast Announced for FERGUSON at the Odyssey
A cast of 13 veterans of stage, film and television has been announced for the world premiere of FERGUSON by journalist and documentary filmmaker Phelim McAleer. Nick DeGruccio will direct four dramatized staged readings for Theatre Verite Collective as a guest production at the Odyssey Theatre, April 26-29.
Full Cast of Arena Stage's THE MUSIC MAN Announced; Burke Moses Joins Cast
Casting is announced for Arena Stage at the Mead Center for American Theater's production of Meredith Willson's THE MUSIC MAN. Artistic Director Molly Smith helms this classic family musical, which stars the previously announced Kate Baldwin (Tony Award nominee for Broadway's Finian's Rainbow) as Marian the librarian, who will be joined by Burke Moses (original Gaston in Broadway's Beauty and the Beast) as Harold Hill. The Music Man runs May 11-July 22, 2012 in the Fichandler Stage.
WaterTower Theatre's GREY GARDENS Extends Thru November 1
Due to overwhelming audience demand, WaterTower Theatre's production of Grey Gardens has added an additional weekend of performances. Tickets for these performances, scheduled for October 28 - November 1, are currently on-sale in the box office.
