BIO

Bio: Susan Jacobson attended Barnard College & Columbia University earning a BA and Masters in Arts & Education, English and Dance. She received the 2019 United Solo Award for Best Physical Theater for her one-woman show Collecting Driftwood, which sold out at the Theatre Row Studio Theatre in NYC. A soloist with Mary Anthony Dance Theatre Company and Susan Jacobson & Dancers, she choreographed and performed in the film Letting Go, which premiered at Lincoln Center's Dance on Camera Festival. Her video Broken was chosen for the 2020 People, Politics and Planet Exhibit in CT. She is currently working on the new HBO series, The Gilded Age. and is a proud member of AEA,SAG-AFTRA and Theatre Artists Workshop.

Forty years ago, a group of actors, writers and directors, including Keir Dullea and his late wife Susie Fuller, founded Theatre Artists Workshop as a place where they could experiment and cultivate new works, hone their skills, and work with their peers in a place that is safe from the glare of the public spotlight.
