Suni Reyes is a bilingual Dominican-Puerto Rican multitalented artist from Santurce, Puerto Rico. She began her career in the performing arts as a dancer. Dance credits include: Ballet Hispanico,The Metropolitan Opera Ballet “The Magic Flute” directed by Julie Taymor, The New York City Opera "La Traviata", Thomas/Ortiz Dance Company, and Radio City Music Hall. She also performed alongside musical theatre stars Lillias White, Euan Morton and Kevin Gray at the 2009 FIFA Congress in the Bahamas. As a choreographer, she created new works for FELT (Fantastic Experimental Latino Theatre), Puerto Rican Traveling Theatre, and Repertorio Espanol's “Captain Pantoja and the Special Service” based on the novel of Mario Vargas Llosa, where she got excellent reviews from the New York Times and Backstage.
Theatre credits include: "La Barberia" (New World Stages), "Celia", based on the life and music of Celia Cruz (Off Broadway/New World Stages), where she got rave reviews for her multiple roles, Gardel, Captain Pantoja and the Special Service, La Casa de los Espiritus, and Doña Flor y Sus Dos Maridos (Repertorio Espanol). Suni is also a gifted comedian who's performed her original comedy writing and characters at UCB Theatre, The PIT, Theatre for the New City, Carolines on Broadway, Nuyorican Poets Café, and “Erotic Broadway Vintage Variety” at the Triad Theatre. She's also been in various comedy festivals, such as: Del Close Marathon, New York City Sketch Festival, The ONE Festival, SOLOCOM, Harlem Comedy Festival and Boston Comedy Arts Festival.
Her TV/Film credits include: Comedy Central's Nora From Queens, FBI Most Wanted (CBS), Billions (Showtime), Marvel's Iron Fist, Netflix series Seven Seconds, The Break With Michelle Wolf, and Gordita Chronicles (HBO Max).
