Charleston-based Doom Flamingo have risen to great heights since their initial recording sessions in May of 2018. They've released four new singles (the newest of which can be heard here), played their first live shows including a house-crumbling late night show in Atlanta during Umphrey's McGee's New Years run, and were named one of the standout new bands of 2018 by Jambase.

George Street Playhouse Announces Casting For A DOLL'S HOUSE, PART 2
The hit comedy A Doll's House, Part 2 by Lucas Hnath, nominated for eight Tony Awards during its 2017 Broadway run, will premiere at George Street Playhouse's current venue, 103 College Farm Road in New Brunswick, NJ, featuring Kellie Overbey (Broadway's The Coast of Utopia) in the leading role of Nora Helmer.

Iconic art-pop group Fischerspooner release their first album in nearly a decade, Sir, today via Ultra Records. Entirely produced by Michael Stipe, the album presents a resistant narrative with an overtly queer and celebratory body of work in response to the current atmosphere in America. The collection of erotically-charged, yet profound songs was crafted by Spooner and Stipe at Michael's home in Athens, GA, alongside Michael's close collaborator Andy LeMaster. It also features additional production byBOOTS (Beyonce, Run The Jewels, FKA Twigs) and mixing by both Stuart White (Beyonce'sLemonade) and Andy LeMaster. In addition, it features contributions by Spooner's longtime collaboratorLe Chev, as well as Thomas Haskett.
