Husband-and-wife duo - two-time Tony Award-winner Katie Finneran (most recently on Broadway in 'Annie') and Darren Goldstein ('Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson') hosted the 15th Anniversary Benefit for the Off-Broadway theatre company Page 73 Productions last week at City Winery (155 Varick Street) in Manhattan. Rehearsals Begin for Lucas Hnath World Premiere of ISAAC'S EYE,2/9-2/24
Rehearsals begin this week for the world premiere of Isaac's Eye by Lucas Hnath, directed by Linsay Firman. Isaac's Eye, an Ensemble Studio Theatre/Alfred P. Sloan Project for New Plays on Science and Technology presentation, is the tale of an emotionally immature, 25-year-old Isaac Newton, his drive to become a fellow of The Royal Society and the great scientist Robert Hooke who, in Mr. Hnath's play, is the nemesis standing in his way. Iaaac's Eye begins previews Wednesday, January 30, at 7:00pm for an opening on Saturday, February 9, at 7:00p.m at the Ensemble Studio Theatre, 549 West 52nd Street.

Harry Carson, Hall of Fame Linebacker and all-time NY Giants great, Bennet Omalu, Forensic Pathologist/Neuropathologist/Epidemiologist and Stone Phillips, veteran news reporter, will participate in a panel discussion of the issues raised by Headstrong, the new play by Patrick Link, directed by Ensemble Studio Theatre Artistic Director William Carden, that tackles football's Post-Concussion Syndrome.
