Federal Court Dismisses DynCorp's Amended Complaint Against AAR Airlift
PALM BAY, Fla., Jan. 15, 2016 /PRNewswire/ AAR Airlift Group, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of AAR CORP. (NYSE: AIR), announced that the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida dismissed the amended complaint filed against it by DynCorp International LLC. The amended complaint was part of an effort by DynCorp to disqualify Airlift and disrupt the competitive process to award a federal government contract (the 'INL/A contract') in support of the Department of State's Worldwide Aviation Support Services program.The Court's decision followed prior Court orders denying DynCorp's motion for a preliminary injunction and its motion for expedited discovery.
