The Laurie Beechman theatre was filled to capacity on Monday, November 4th for the Emerson College BFA Showcase featuring the BFA Acting and BFA Musical Theatre Class of 2013. Industry professionals hoping to find new cast members for their next projects and Emerson Alumni showed up to support and welcome the talented group to show business. Melia Bensussen, Chair of the Dept of Performing Arts thanked the audience and students for their dedication to Emerson College. Scroll down for photos!
Betty White Gives America's Favorite Mom Special Birthday Present
Florence Henderson received a special birthday present this year: two newly adopted kids - baby dwarf Nigerian goats, of course! Betty White and her friends at The Lifeline Program adopted the two kids at the Los Angeles Zoo and Botanical Gardens in honor of Henderson, who turns 79 on Valentine's Day, Feb. 14, 2013.

A Contemporary Theatre announces adjustments and additions to its 45th Anniversary Season.
