The Old Globe has announced the cast and creative team for William Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream. Globe Resident Artist Patricia McGregor (The Old Globe's Krapp's Last Tape, Measure for Measure, Broadway's 24 Hour Plays), who was recently named Artistic Director of New York Theatre Workshop, directs a cast of 20.

Starring Deborah Ann Woll and James Udom as the headstrong pair Petruchio and Katherine, a lovely set, and a sense of playful fun, the show is successfully turned into a fun romantic comedy, though never fully overcomes the questionable behavior built into the script.
