The Canon Shakespeare Company to Stage THE COMEDY OF ERRORS

The Best Christmas Pageant Ever, a delightful family story about the true meaning of Christmas, will open at the Lakewood Theatre Company on Friday, December 13 at 7:30 PM. Performances continue on December 14, 15, and 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, and 22 at 7:30 PM. There will also be matinee performances at 2:00 PM on Sunday Dec. 15, Saturday Dec. 21 and Sunday Dec. 22. After the opening night performance on Dec. 13, there will be a hot cocoa and cookie reception.
Pear Theatre Presents the World Premiere of GIRLS KILL NAZIS
The Pear Theatre tradition of non-traditional holiday fare continues with the world premiere of "Girls Kill Nazis" by James Kopp, a fun and topical romp designed to perfectly balance your Thanksgiving dinner. Madeline George's Pulitzer Nominated Play Arrives in Redwood City this September
In The (curious case of the) Watson Intelligence, playwright Madeline George weaves together the tale of three historical Watsons in this time-jumping tribute to genius. There's Watson, the trusty sidekick to Sherlock Holmes, Watson, the loyal engineer who helped Alexander Graham Bell build the telephone, and Watson, the IBM supercomputer created to beat the Jeopardy! All-Stars in 2011. Woven into a tale with Watson, a present day geek looking for love, the result is a story that examines the technological advancements that both bring people together and tear them apart. A 2014 finalist for the Pulitzer Prize.
