According to the official Mean Girls Twitter account, Mean Girls original cast member Stephanie Bissonnette passed away at the age of 32. Bissonette had been battling medulloblastoma, a form of brain cancer, since 2019.

Smolls in the City Productions LLC launched their #ThisIsNOW video at Serendipity Labs in New York City on August 13th, 2018. The video was released on Facebook and YouTube and gathered 50,000 views in the first 24 hours of its release on Facebook. The video is an all-female video of the Academy Award-nominated hit song 'This is Me' from The Greatest Showman, inspired by the Me Too movement.

Showcase! is taking place Monday, August 28th, 2017 at Dixon Place. Performances will take place 4pm and 8pm doors opening a half hour prior.
