BIO

Born in New Orleans, Louisiana, and raised in Houston, Texas, Stanley Andrew Jackson has always had a heart for adventure and discovery.

Stanley fell in love with storytelling in high school. His passion led him to attend Howard University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and received a BFA in Theatre Arts. During his time at Howard, Stanley attended the Midsummer in Oxford Shakespeare intensive at the British American Drama Academy in Oxford. This experience ignited his desire to study abroad at The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London, where he received his MA in Classical Acting.

Stanley’s training and travel have developed him into a transformative artist that seeks to use his work to hold a mirror to society. He has performed regionally and abroad in London, England; Auckland, New Zealand; and Melbourne, Australia. He is currently a resident artist at A Noise Within Theatre in Los Angeles.

“As a storyteller, I can teach, preach, bring joy and enlightenment…and that’s what I believe I’m called to do.”
