Theatre Three Announces an All-Star, One-Night-Only Fundraising Performance of I LOVE YOU, YOU¹RE PERFECT, NOW CHANGE

Theatre Three Artistic Director Jeffrey Schmidt has announced details about its upcoming all-star fundraising performance of I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change. On Valentine's Day evening, Wednesday, February 14 at 7:30 p.m., the long-running Theatre Three production will move upstairs to the Norma Young Arena Stage for a one-night-only performance featuring returning cast members from all eighteen previous productions. All tickets are $75 and are on sale now at the Theatre Three box office (theatre3dallas.com/214-871-3300, option 1). Lyric Stage presents the World Premiere of Larry Gatlin's QUANAH

Quanah, the Parker Family Saga, is a new musical written by Grammy Award-winning country music legend Larry Gatlin. It is the story of Quanah Parker, the last Comanche chief, his mother Cynthia Ann Parker and the Parker Family settling in Texas and the survival and ascendancy of the great Comanche people.  It is, in part, a tragic, sad, heartbreaking story-a story of war, bloodshed, death and heartbreak-but it is, more importantly, a story celebrating the strength and power of the human spirit. Gatlin's wife Janis-who says he is never wrong-believes that it is the best music he has ever written.

Cleveland, with Musical Direction by Sonny Franks. Created by Richard Maltby Jr., Conceived by William Meade, with Orchestrations by Steven Bishopand Jeff Lisenby, Ring of Fire: The Music of Johnny Cash will run October 7-30, 2016 in the Canterbury Family Main Stage at the Addison Theatre Centre. The cast features Spencer Baker as Eddie, Ian Ferguson as Mark, Sonny Franks as David, Katrina Kratzer as Trenna, and Brian Mathis as Jason.
