Sally Struthers to Star in RAPUNZEL AND HER HOLIDAY WISH at The Laguna Playhouse this December

Laguna Playhouse and Lythgoe Family Productions have announced that Sally Struthers will star as “Madame Gothel” in the world premiere of RAPUNZEL AND HER HOLIDAY WISH, written by Kris Lythgoe, directed by Becky Lythgoe, supervising director is Bonnie Lythgoe, choreography by Becca Sweitzer and musical direction by Andy Street.

BAFTA Los Angeles Grows 2019 Newcomers Program Ranks

The British Academy of Film and Television Arts Los Angeles (BAFTA Los Angeles) today announced the 2019 participants for its prestigious Newcomers Program. Since last year's expansion to include international talent beyond the U.K., BAFTA Los Angeles has become a hub for international rising talent in the U.S., and the program continues to further deliver BAFTA's mission to promote cultural exchange and strengthen global collaboration, with its most international group yet. Today, the British Academy of Film and Television Arts Los Angeles (BAFTA LA) announced the expansion of its Newcomers Program to include international participants for the first time. Launched in 2007 to support British talents transitioning to Los Angeles, the program recognizes the fruitful legacy of international talents moving to the U.S. to further their knowledge, develop their skills, and strengthen their network of peers.

Bend It Like Beckham The Musical recently extended booking at the Phoenix Theatre to 5 March 2016 when the show will then play its final performance at the end of the cast's year-long contract.  Rehearsals began for the critically acclaimed production in March 2015 with a company led by Natalie Dew as Jess and Lauren Samuels as Jules.  The Producers are currently finalising both national and international touring offers including a tour of India visiting multiple stadia.

Over 140,000 new tickets will be released for sale today (14 August 2015) for the critically acclaimed five-star West End production of Bend It Like Beckham The Musical, now booking at the Phoenix Theatre to 20 February 2016. 

UK's BEND IT LIKE BECKHAM Now Booking Through October 2015

A further 200,000 tickets are released for sale today for this year's new British West End Musical Bend It Like Beckham taking sales at the Phoenix Theatre to 24 October 2015. London previews begin on 15 May 2015 with opening night on 24 June 2015.
