Featuring stunning portraits by Michael Hull Photography and coordinated by Broadway for Arts Education, Broadway Plus, and the Museum of Broadway, these incredible Broadway performers and organizations teamed up with the Arts in Education Round Table’s “It Starts With The Arts” campaign to amplify their advocacy!

Michael Osso Debuts WORDS MATTER At Don't Tell Mama

Following several years performing with the singing quartet The Broadway Four,Michael Osso has created his first solo cabaret show, Words Matter, which plays at Don't Tell Mama on Thursday, September 5th and Saturday, September 7th at 7:00 pm. The show simultaneously explores the power and the futility of words. Words Matter showcases a mix of Broadway, standards and pop music and features arrangements by music director John Fischer. Produced and directed by veteran actor Skie Ocasio.

The Metropolitan Room hosted two simultaneous events last night. The 10th year of the MAC Award Winning Benefit Series Cabaret Cares, and the 3rd 40th Birthday of the charities creator Joseph Macchia. The non profit Joseph started 10 years ago has raised over $100,000 to help children living with HIV and AIDS. It was a cabaret spectacular and Broadwayworld was there to catch all the action.
