Simone Policano is an actor and producer born and raised in New York City. Her work has been featured in the Tribeca Film Festival, on IFC, and The New Yorker. She is currently performing in The Play That Goes Wrong at New World Stages in NYC and recently acted in the sci-fi feature Auggie, opposite Richard Kind (Spin City, Inside Out, Curb Your Enthusiasm) and Susan Blackwell ([title of show], Side By Side with Susan Blackwell). Theatrically she has performed at the Yale Repertory Theater, The 24 Hour Plays: Nationals, The Tank, and in the NY International Fringe Festival. Her comedy writing has been published on Lorne Michaels' "Above Average," and she has trained and performed at UCB and The PIT. She received her B.A. in American Studies from Yale University.
