BWW Review: GOD OF CARNAGE, Theatre Royal, Glasgow
Winner of the Tony Award for Best Play and the Olivier Award for Best New Comedy, this ruthlessly comic study of middle class parenting by the author of Art, is one of the most successful plays ever in the history of the West End.

BWW Interview: Simon Paisley Day Talks THE LORAX at Mirvish
Dr. Seuss' pro-environmental tale, THE LORAX, is on stage at Mirvish's Royal Alex Theatre. As the voracious villain, the Once-ler, Simon Paisley Day helps bring the popular children's story to life in a colourful stage spectacle. Simon Paisley Day took some time to answer a few questions from BroadwayWorld's Taylor Long about performing for kids, working with puppet co-stars and the impact of this morality musical.
BWW Review: First Act Soars, Second Act Bores in THE LORAX at Mirvish
I am the Lorax, I speak for the trees! screams the puppet with three puppeteers on their knees. Unlike the show, I won't spend this in rhyme - and I promise to not take as much of your time. THE LORAX, presented by Mirvish is vivaciously visual. Dr. Seuss's fictional world becomes livable with colourful, captivating designs, folky tunes and unique, striking costumes that create a dreamy theatrical experience. In David Greig's stage version, adapted from the short children's book, most of the one-line story is covered by intermission, leaving the second act to grumble on and on through an already thin plot.
BWW Review: DR. SEUSS'S THE LORAX, Old Vic
After a successful run in 2015/16, leading to an Olivier Award nomination, David Greig's stage adaptation of the Dr. Seuss tale is back at the Old Vic for a three-week run prior to a North American tour. Music and lyrics come from singer-songwriter Charlie Fink (recently seen at the same theatre with his own show, Cover My Tracks), with direction from Max Webster and choreography from the irrepressible Drew McOnie.

Photo Flash: In Rehearsal with STUFF HAPPENS at the National Theatre
The American Secretary of Defence, Donald Rumsfeld's famous response to the looting of Baghdad at a press conference in April 2003 provided the title for David Hare's play. First performed at the NT in 2004, the play explores the extraordinary events leading up to the invasion of Iraq.
BWW Review: STUFF HAPPENS, National Theatre, 6 July 2016
When Sir John Chilcot stepped up to the mic to deliver his long-awaited verdict on the 2003 invasion of Iraq, he did so calmly, steadily, but with forensic and devastating analytical precision. David Hare's STUFF HAPPENS, which beat Chilcot to the punch by some 12 years, is similarly measured, mixing detailed documentary re-enactment with imagining of what went on behind closed doors.
