Hint of Lime Productions Presents Five Productions At The Inaugural Nomad Festival
Hint of Lime Productions is delighted to present five plays at the inaugural Nomad Film and Theatre Festival, a mini touring festival visiting The New Forest, Greenwich, Newhaven and Buxton over the late spring and summer. Hint of Lime will join the Nomad Festival in Greenwich with The Very Perry Show, the 2017 Best Comedy Award winner at the United Solo Theatre Festival in New York, making a sole Nomad Festival appearance on 9 June, the five star reviewed Are There More of You? written and performed by Alison Skilbeck on 13 June in Greenwich, 20 June in Newhaven and 20 July in Buxton, the mysterious thriller A Substitute For Life by Simon Brett, and the five star reviewed The Power Behind The Crone, both in Greenwich on 14 June, in Newhaven on 21 June and Buxton on 21 July. The company is joined by four-star reviewed "Author, Composer, Soldier-of-a-sort" written and performed by Jan Carey in Buxton on 5-7 July.

Thursday night's opening of MAMMA MIA! at Nebraska Wesleyan's McDonald Theatre was a party in the Greek Isles. The extremely enthusiastic crowd of mostly college aged people vociferously approved this romp through ABBA's memorable music. Chest booming laughter, screams, and hoots resounded through the house. But it was all good... because it is all good.

Nebraska Wesleyan University's gender blind production of JULIUS CAESAR is running for one more weekend. It is yet another quality production by the NWU theatre department. I am constantly impressed with their vision, their implementation, and their overall excellence. These actors are being trained well in their art. The performance is powerful...a word too weak in its description.

MRS. ROOSEVELT FLIES TO LONDON to Launch Spring Tour
Critically acclaimed actress Alison Skilbeck kicks off a spring 2016 tour of her one-woman play Mrs Roosevelt Flies to London, at Norden Farm Centre for the Arts on 5 February. The production continues on to The Mill Studio at Guildford's Yvonne Arnaud Theatre on 3 - 5 March, Omnibus Clapham on 7 April, and finally at Mercury Theatre, Colchester on the 6-7 May. With special permission from the Roosevelt Estate to use Eleanor's diary and writings, the play captures the spirit, humour, and passion of one of the most extraordinary women of the 20th century, on her daring visit to Britain in 1942.

Full casting has now been announced for The Bunbury Company of Players production of Oscar Wilde's much loved and witty masterpiece THE IMPORTANCE OF BEING EARNEST, which will embark on a first class regional tour from Autumn this year. The play will be on at the Theatre Royal Glasgow from Tuesday 24 to Saturday 28 November 2015.
