Sifiso Mazibuko was born in South Africa and studied at The Tshwane University of Technology and completed his B-Tech in Musical Theatre in 2009. His theatre credits while at TUT include: Sweet Charity (2006), Ragtime (2007), I love you, You’re Perfect, Now Change and Urinetown (2008), The Full Monty in the USA as the character, Horse (2009), Shaka Zulu The Musical (2010), Dream Girls The Musical (2011) and a tour to China as a singer and dancer for the production African Footprint in 2012. His tv and film credits include a debut film performance in Pretville (2012) and various commercials for OUTsurance, Cotlands, Globe-flight and Pick and Pay (2011-2012). In the United States of America for his MFA in Acting from The Ohio State University, Sifiso has performed in the Theatre Department productions of The Mystery of Edwin Drood (Fall 2012) as John Jasper, The Visit by Frederich Durrenmatt (Spring 2013) as the Pastor, The Tempest by William Shakespeare (Fall 2013) as Prospero and in Italian Contemporary Director Emma Dante's Ballerini. Sifiso also co-created a work with Melonie Mazibuko entitled !KE E:/Xarra //KE which made its professional North American debut at the Cincinnati Fringe Festival of the same year. Sifiso enjoys acting and teaching.
