BIO
Currently in his second year pursuing an Acting BFA with a concentration in Musical Theatre at Slippery Rock University.
Shane is a proud Equity Actor represented by Connecting Talent and Carson-Adler Agency NYC.
Professionally he has performed as Michael in Maltz Jupiter Theatre’s award winning production of "Billy Elliot" under the direction of Matt Lenz and as Michael Hobbs in the national tour of "Elf the Broadway Musical".
Shane has enjoyed the tutelage of Broadway performers Karen Prunzik, Lenora Nemetz, Etta Cox, Danny Herman, Rocker Verastique, and Jeff Shade. His training has included Master Classes with Billy Porter, Rachelle Rak, Joe Lanteri, Tome Cousin, and Bobby Clark.

Slippery Rock University Presents TECHIES, A World Premiere Musical
Slippery Rock University's Theatre Department is presenting the World Premiere musical 'Techies' by the award winning NYC based writing team of Sam Carner and Derek Gregor from November 18th-22nd. Set in Westside High School's theater department, TECHIES chronicles the war between the actors and the technical theater specialists, or 'techies,' for a foothold in the school's social ladder-even if it is the lowest rung.

Set to soar through December 20 at the award-winning not-for-profit theatre, Maltz Jupiter, the electrifying blockbuster follows the story of Billy, the youngest child of a blue-collar family who discovers his unlikely and extraordinary gift for ballet. Juxtaposed against the backdrop of the UK miners' strike of 1984, Billy's only escape may be the prestigious Royal Ballet School, a place no working-class boy has ever gone.

Two ELF National Tours Bring Holiday Cheer Across the Country, Beginning Today
NETworks Presentations, LLC, Warner Bros. Theatre Ventures and Unique Features are thrilled to present two tours of the Broadway musical, ELF, during the 2014 holiday season. Both kick off today, November 7. This holiday season marks the fourth year that ELF has entertained audiences around the nation since its 2010 Broadway debut. Playing the title role of 'Buddy' are Daniel Patrick Smith (Buddy Tour) and Eric Williams (Jovie Tour).

MICHAEL L. MARRA ("Les Mis," Broadway & 4th National Tour, and "Jekyll & Hyde" 1st National Tour) stars as "Bill Sykes" in "Oliver!" at The Strand Theater in the northern suburbs of Pittsburgh, PA just 25 miles north of the city's central theatre district. While in rehearsal for this momentous event in the development of the growing Strand Theater, SHANE TRELOAR, who is playing "The Dodger" has been cast in the National Tour of "Elf" in the role of "Michael," to begin rehearsals October 7, the week following the closing of "Oliver!" And touring the Eastern United States through the holidays.
