The Hill Country Community Theatre announces casting for the first show of its 2019-20 season, the musical comedy a?oeMore Senior Moments,a?? book, music and lyrics by Linda Kaufman. Opening on Thursday, September 19 the show will run through October 6.  The ensemble cast features Francie Dix, Anson Hahn, Pam Hawley, Wayne Hawley, Maris Lynne Long, Fran McRedmond, Sharon Penny, Nina Price, Seth Smith, Toni Souther, and Jeff Townsend.  It will be directed by Mike Rademaekers with music direction by Les Young.

Based on the popular 1988 film starring Steve Martin; the musical version follows the same hilarious storyline but adds a delightfully jazzy Tony Award nominated score by David Yazbek. "Scoundrels" was nominated for a staggering eleven Tony Awards in all after it opened on Broadway in 2005. The show makes its Cottonwood Shores debut July 18.

Suddenly, a freak snow storm, a 'tsnownami,' hits Bunyan Bay. All roads are closed. No one can get in or leave. Gunner's worst nightmare comes true when Clara goes into labor and he realizes he's going to have to deliver the baby in the bar.
