Houston's newest theatre company, The Garden Theatre, has announced its plans to bring White Rabbit Red Rabbit by Nassim Soleimanpour to the MATCH. The show with no sets, no costumes, no rehearsal, and no direction will run January 21-30, 2022 at Midtown Arts and Theater Center Houston (3400 Main St.) in the heart of midtown.

By producing Anne Frank, we hope to instill a desire for others to be courageous, speak out and stand up against discrimination and hate.a?? Obsidian Theater in association with Standing Room Only Productions is excited to bring the musical comedy, The Mystery of Edwin Drood, to Houston audiences. This hilarious whodunit will run September 28-October 14 at Obsidian Theater. With book, music and lyrics by Rupert Holmes, this show within a show is based on the final unfinished novel of the same name by Charles Dickens, who left his story unfinished when he passed away in 1870. Due to the novel being incomplete, the identity of the murderer, or the question of Drood's ultimate fate, was never revealed.

It's not easy to pin down Standing Room Only's DAYS OF FUTURE PASSED, the upcoming one-act 'special event' featuring music from the Moody Blues. It's a concert, or is it a cabaret? It's a musical, of the jukebox variety, but it's almost operatic, and a fringe theatre event. It's a journey. However you want to describe it, despite being built around music from 1967, it's definitely more than just nostalgia.
