Review: ROBIN HOOD at the B St. Theatre is Fun for the Whole Family
Robin Hood, that English ruffian, is back over 700 years after first appearing in Sherwood Forest. His story has undergone several transformations, including the addition of Maid Marian and Friar Tuck in the 15th century. It continues to evolve to encompass 21st century ideas in Jerry Montoya’s new play at the B St. Theatre, Robin Hood.
B Street Theatre Presents Chelsea Marcantel's AIRNESS
Chelsea Marcantel is not an air guitarist. Nor is she a part of an air guitar shredding family. She found the world through a former boyfriend she met in Chicago. "I thought...this is the dumbest thing I've ever heard." The relationship did not work out, however, Marcantel found herself going down a "Youtube Wormhole" of air guitar performances. And after watching the acclaimed documentary Air Guitar Nation, she began writing a play about the world of imaginary soloing.
BWW Review: KINGS OF AMERICA Premieres at Sacramento Theatre Company
Sacramento Theatre Company is a regional treasure, unique in the fact that they support and develop local talent. Each season they produce an original work by an area artist. Their 2017-18 season theme of Fate, Fantasy and Forgiveness currently features a play by Sacramento native Ryan Patrick Nill entitled Kings of America.
B Street Theatre to Host A Digital Privacy Event
Join in for a special event addressing the modern issues surrounding digital privacy. B Street Theatre partners with the The Goethe-Institut in Washington D.C. to present short plays written by playwrights across the country and the globe as they explore the challenges of the digital age. The evening will feature an hour long performance and talk-back followed by a social hour with cocktails and music. This event is associated with The Plurality of Privacy Project in Five-Minute plays (P3M5).

This dark comedy tells the story of John Broadus Watson, father of Behaviorism and modern advertising.
