The Television Academy Foundation today announced nominees for the 40th College Television Awards, which recognizes and rewards excellence in student-produced programs annually, as well as the recipient of the 2020 Loreen Arbus Focus on Disability Scholarship.

The Boston Rock Community Gathers for Concert to Benefit GangGreen Founder Chris Doherty
Cringe Productions announces that eleven Boston rock bands will gather to play NOT A WASTED NIGHT, a benefit concert for Chris Doherty, founder of hardcore band GangGreen. The line-up features fan favorites including The Dogmatics, Evan Dando (The Lemonheads), The F.U.'s, The Outlets, Slapshot, Springa (of SSD), TREE, Unnatural Axe, White Dynomite, Worm, and the Skate to Hell Band (featuring former members of GangGreen). The concert takes place at The Paradise rock club, located at 969 Commonwealth Avenue in Boston. Doors open at 6pm. Tickets are $25 and a limited number of VIP tickets for $75 are available and include a special viewing area, special event t-shirt, laminate, and swag bag. Tickets may be purchased in person at The Paradise online here:
