The War On Drugs' Eliza Hardy Jones to Release 'Pickpocket' LP in April
The ten-song LP explores surviving grief, birth, death, and the innate humanness surrounding a challenging and personal journey to becoming a parent. It was written, recorded, and produced by Eliza with production assistance from the multitalented producer, engineer and instrumentalist Nick Krill -- who also mixed the record.

Hocus Pocus stars Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Kathy Najimy, with the sequel featuring Sam Richardson, Tony Hale, Hannah Waddingham, and more.
Indian Princess Musical Movie In the Works at Disney
Bend It Like Beckham filmmaker Gurinder Chadha and Paul Mayeda Berges are currently developing a new Disney musical film inspired by a dynamic princess from Indian history. Disney has commissioned original musical film, which will also be directed and produced by Chadha.

The event showcased the sweeping array of talent with in-person and video appearances from the stars of Disney+'s slate of originals from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, and National Geographic and included sneak peeks, trailer premieres, and exclusive news about the service and its upcoming projects. Actress Yvette Nicole Brown, who stars in the Disney+ original film “Lady and the Tramp,” hosted the lively presentation, welcoming Kevin Mayer, chairman, Direct-to-Consumer & International, to the stage to kick off the show.

Sundance Institute Names Four New Members of Board of Trustees
Sundance Institute announced today that Jason Blum, Ebs Burnough, Lynette Wallworth and Lisa-Michele Church will join the Institute's Board of Trustees. The new Trustees bring deep experience and broad expertise spanning communications, emerging media, and film production to the Institute's governance, and will work closely with President & Founder Robert Redford, Board Chair Pat Mitchell and Executive Director Keri Putnam.
CRAZY RICH ASIANS, BLACK PANTHER Among Winners at the ADG 'Excellence in Production Design' Awards
The Art Directors Guild (ADG, IATSE Local 800) announced winners of its 23rd Annual Excellence in Production Design Awards in 11 categories of film, television, commercials, music videos and animation features, during a black-tie dinner gala at the InterContinental Los Angeles Downtown on Saturday night, February 2, 2019. The Favourite (Fiona Crombie), Black Panther (Hannah Beachler), Crazy Rich Asians (Nelson Coates), Isle of Dogs (Adam Stockhausen, Paul Harrod) won Best Production Design for Feature Film. Television winners included The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel (Bill Groom), The Handmaid's Tale (Mark White, Elisabeth Williams), The Alienist (Mara LePere-Schloop), Glow (Todd Fjelsted), and Sesame Street (David Gallo) respectively. Additional winners include Apple: Welcome Home(Christopher Glass) and The Oscars: 90th Academy Awards (Derek McLane).
