Satoko Mori is a pianist, keyboardist, accompanist and music director from Japan.
She started playing the piano from the age of 3 and went on to learn classical music.
She graduated from Aoyama Gakuin University in Tokyo and majored in English literature and musicals. During her student life,she has acted in many plays.
She moved to NYC in 2014 and has been performing at theatres in New York as a pianist, keyboardist and music director.
Her Off-Off Broadway credits include musicals such as "Jesus Christ Superstar", "Yaki Yim Bamboo", "Winter Wonderland 2017", and original musicals such as, The Charm, A Moon in the Morning, Martha Cipolla for President!"
She is a member of the NYC based comedy group Loop Troupe.She has been a pianist, keyboardist, and music director for their productions, such as "Taking It Too Far" and "Unsinkable". She is also an official member of Loop Troupe Family Band as a keyboardist.
As an accompanist, she has been accompanying various singers at some theatre company's cabaret shows, such as Double Deckers Productions, The World Voice Ensemble. She worked on musical theatre workshops include but not be limited to Queens College in New York, The World Voice Ensemble.
She has been playing the piano at various theaters as well other places including a hospital, a church. Sometimes she also performs as a singer in musical showcases, charity concerts and so on.
