BIO

Sasha Weiss received her BFA in Musical Theatre from The Boston Conservatory. Her New York credits include: Jerry Springer the Opera (Carnegie Hall); I and Albert, The Grand Tour (York Theatre); Carrie: the Musical (industry reading, dir. Stafford Arima). TV credits: ABC's What Would You Do? (Ugly Americans in Paris, Overly Friendly Customers), Jenny Craig (Commercial). As well as performing at these amazing venues, she also has a series of one woman cabarets that she performs through out the city.

Stephen Nachamie To Direct Reading Of PRIDE & PREJUDICE Musical Starring DeLaney Westfall

Stephen Nachamie (She Loves Me) will direct an industry reading of the new musical Pride & Prejudice - the Musical, with book, music and lyrics by Lawrence Rush, on February 18th and 19th featuring DeLaney Westfall (Kinky Boots, Side Show, Sweeney Todd) as Elizabeth Bennet.

Anything Goes. Oklahoma. Follies. La Cage Aux Folles. Those four musicals, plus many others, all got their start at Boston's important Colonial Theatre. Now, as the Colonial is in danger of shutting it doors, Feinstein's/54 Below celebrated the famed venue with an evening of songs and stories last night and BroadwayWorld was there.
