StageArt announces the cast for the Victorian professional premiere of the Tony Award-winning Broadway musical Falsettos, which will play at Prahran's Chapel off Chapel from 1 February.

The performance from the cast of LES MISERABLES began with Hugh Jackman taking the stage to perform the new original song 'Suddenly' from Tom Hooper's adaptation, where he was then joined by Russell Crowe, Amanda Seyfried, Samantha Barks, Aaron Tveit, Helena Bonham Carter, Sacha Baron Cohen and Eddie Redmayne - as well as numerous members from the show's various productions - to perform the Act One Finale 'One Day More', while Anne Hathaway will sing a section of 'I Dreamed A Dream'. Les Misérables made its pre-Broadway premiere at the Kennedy Center in December 1986, and now Cameron Mackintosh's new 25th anniversary production of Boublil and Schönberg's Les Misérables will run in the Kennedy Center Opera House from September 28 to October 30, 2011. Featuring glorious new staging and spectacular reimagined scenery inspired by the paintings of Victor Hugo, the production is directed by Laurence Connor and James Powell with music by Claude-Michel Schönberg, lyrics by Herbert Kretzmer from the original French text by Alain Boublil and Jean-Marc Natel.
