OBIE award-winning The Fire This Time Festival (TFTT) announces today its 10th anniversary festival dates and the lineup of featured playwrights who comprise the centerpiece of the annual 10-minute play program and select readings of new full-length plays.

NEO-FUTURISTS are pleased to announce the world premiere production of Yolanda K. Wilkinson'sBIBLE STUDY FOR HEATHENS, directed by Joey Rizzolo. BIBLE STUDY FOR HEATHENS will play a limited engagement at Off-Broadway's Judson Memorial Church Loft (55 Washington Square South NY, NY 10012). New York Neo-Futurists to Present Colin Summers' STEVE
THE NEW YORK NEO-FUTURISTS have announced Colin Summers' STEVE: A Docu-Musical, with music by Summers and Andrew Eckel, lyrics by Steve, and directed by Nessa Norich. STEVE: A Docu-Musical, which had sold-out performances at Joe's Pub, Ant Fest, and Frigid New York Festival, will play a limited engagement at 4th Street Theatre (83 East 4th Street). Poetic Theater Productions, under the direction of Co-Artistic Directors' Jeremy Karafin and Alex Mallory, has announced that it will stage the world premiere of BACK, a new play written by Mickey Bolmer and directed by Andrew Willis-Woodward, that celebrates and mourns the history of Greenwich Village through the lives and stories of Frank O'Hara, Cookie Mueller, Hibiscus, Nan Goldin and Aaron Burr, among others. BACK features production design by Rachel Klein and begins previews tonight, October 17th at 8PM at the cell, 338 West 23rd St. The official opening is on Thursday, October 23rd at 8PM.

Poetic Theater Productions remounts Goliath by Takeo Rivera, recipient of the 2011 Planet Connections Award for Outstanding Overall Production of a New Play, tonight, May 23rd through June 3rd at the Wild Project (195 E 3rd St). Goliath is once again directed by Alex Mallory (2011 Planet Connections Award for Outstanding Direction) and features return ensemble members Samantha Cooper, Dontonio Demarco, Natalia Duong, Edgar Eguia and Monique Paige (2011 Planet Connections Award for Outstanding Ensemble) and newcomers Kenneth Heaton, Iliana Inocencio and Nabil Viñas. The production features lighting design by Brad Peterson, fight choreography by Jim Cairl and stage management by Sarah Livant.
