Hamlet, heir to the throne of Denmark, is called home from his studies in Wittenberg, to attend the funeral of his father, the king, who has died suddenly. Already overwhelmed by grief, he soon discovers that his father was, in fact, murdered in his sleep by Hamlet's uncle, Claudius, who has now married Hamlet's mother and been crowned king.

Hudson Theatre Works Presents Free Readings Of THE EXONERATED
New Jersey Theatre Alliance presents Hudson Theatre Works' Readings from the Edge series consisting of The Exonerated by Jessica Blank and Erik Jensen on Monday and Tuesday, March 12 and 13 @7:30PM. This event is part of the Alliance's Stages Festival, the state's largest annual theatre festival that provides free and discounted theatre events for all ages throughout the month of March. Steve Guttenberg, known for his roles in 'Police Academy,' 'Cocoon' and 'Three Men and a Baby,' as well as the recent Broadway one-act play by Woody Allen, Honeymoon Hotel, will be guest starring in Hudson Warehouse's production of HENRY 4.1. Mr. Guttenberg will make his Shakespearean debut as Earl of Northumberland in The Warehouse's production at The Soldiers' and Sailors' Monument, in the heart of Riverside Park this month.
