BIO

Sam Pearson is a Chicago-based actor working in theatre, television, and voice over. Chicago theater credits include: Six productions with Chicago Shakespeare Theater including Romeo and Juliet, Macbeth, and King Charles III; Southern Gothic (Windy City Playhouse); Familiar u/s (Steppenwolf); Madness of Edgar Allan Poe (First Folio). Regional credits include: The Home Place, The Sunshine Boys, A Christmas Carol (Guthrie Theater); Comedy of Errors, and the titular role in Richard III (Montana Shakespeare in the Parks). Television credits include: The Chi (Showtime); Empire (FOX); In an Instant (ABC); and recurring roles on Chicago PD (NBC). Sam has worked on a campaign with the Illinois Office of Tourism and can be seen in an ongoing campaign for the Chicago Blackhawks. Sam has voiced national campaigns for Advance Auto Parts and Northern Trust Bank and has worked with such brands as Meiomi Vineyards and CME Global Technologies. Sam graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting from the UMN Guthrie Theater Actor Training Program in 2013 and is proud to be represented by Gray Talent Group.
