RYAN PJ MULHOLLAND holds a BA in Theatre Performance with a concentration in Costume Design and Construction from the Richard Stockton College of NJ as well as a Master's Degree (MEd) in Educational Mental Health Counseling from Wilmington University in Delaware. Ryan was recently awarded the 2013 NJACT Perry Award for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Musical (Me & My Girl- as Bill Snibson), as well as the NJACT Perry Award for Best Costume Design of a Musical (Me & My Girl). Additionally, Ryan was awarded the International Music & Entertainment Award (IMEA) for Best Leading Actor in a Musical (The Last Five Years- Jamie).

Offstage, Ryan is a multiple award winning costume designer, with work appearing in regional houses across the country. Ryan has been fortunate enough to work with a variety of film, television, and Broadway stars in the wardrobe department (Tommy Tune- Wardrobe Supervisor, Fred Grandy of TV's The Love Boat- Personal Assistant & Dresser, Jim Brewer of Halfbaked- Wardrobe Supervisor, Bart Shatto of Broadway's Les Miserables/ The Civil War/ Hands on a Hard Body- Wig designer, Wardrobe) to name a few.
Ryan is currently the resident wig designer and stylist at the Surflight Theatre in Beach Haven, NJ for their 2014 season, and is the original (and current) costume designer for the new musical David Michael Finkelstein's Bar Mitzvah by Sue Fabisch (Motherhood, the Musical).
