BIO
Rowan Barber has been involved in theatre and ballet for about a year in the Central Pennsylvania area.
His recent credits include Oliver in The Belmont Theatre's production of Oliver!, Gavroche in The Belmont Theatre's production of Les Misérables School Edition, Chip in Acts of Kindness Theatre's Beauty and the Beast, Hanover High School's Les Misérables School Edition, Hanover High School's Elf Jr., and Greater York Dance-Midstate Ballet's The Nutcracker. Rowan also received first place in his division as well as the People's Choice award in Hanover Idol, participated in the Belmont Academy's Summer Theatre Camp, and performed with Hanover High School in the 2017 Encore awards, where Hanover High School won Best Overall Performance for Les Misérables.

The Belmont Theatre will present the classic Les Miserables - School Edition on the mainstage September 15-17 & 21-24. This production will be performed entirely by students ages 18 and younger, featuring top vocal talents from area schools. The Belmont Theatre has recently won two Broadway World awards for Best Youth Production in South Central Pa for The Little Mermaid Jr and School of Rock. Friday and Saturday shows are at 7:30 p.m. Sunday shows are at 3:00 p.m. The show runs 2 hours and 15 minutes, plus one 15 minute intermission.
