The World Choreography Awards will be held on November 15, 2022 at the Avalon Hollywood.
Being its twelfth year in existence, I spoke with Allen Walls, Creator and Producer of the World Choreography Awards to catch up with this now seasoned Presentation and how it has been evolving through the years. I have reviewed the event in the past and it is a unique evening whose purpose is to present, celebrate and honor the best Choreographed Dance pieces or segments for the year in a now myriad of categories. It has also built upon it's live presentation and quality of live performances, special guests and hosting of the highest caliber.

Disney's 'Shake It Up: Break It Down' Soundtrack and DVD to be Released 7/12
The Disney Channel original series 'Shake It Up' has gotten fans moving and shaking ever since premiering last year. Now, Walt Disney Records is set to release Shake It Up: Break It Down CD + DVD, a collection of upbeat dance songs from the series, including the show's theme song, 'Shake It Up,' performed by Hollywood Records' artist Selena Gomez. The 14-track collection also includes the singing debut of 'Shake It Up' stars Bella Thorne and Zendaya, and many more.

Keke Palmer Tapped to Star in Nickelodeon Original TV Movie 'Rags'
Nickelodeon star and three-time NAACP Image Award winner Keke Palmer (True Jackson, VP, Akeelah and the Bee,Madea's Family Reunion) has been cast in the network's brand-new original TV movie, Rags. The modern-day fairy tale, starring Palmer as Kadee Worth and Max Schneider (How to Rock) as Charlie Prince, began production in May in Vancouver. Set to premiere in 2012, Rags is a music-infused, modern twist on the classic Cinderella story set against the backdrop of New York City.

'Camp Rock 2' to Premiere Labor Day Weekend
The premiere of Disney's exhilarating rock 'n roll musical 'Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam,' starring Demi Lovato and Jonas Brothers, will be presented across Labor Day weekend with four event telecasts -- each celebrating music and dance with a storyline that suggests life is about the way you play. The fun for kids, tweens and families begins FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 3 and goes through MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 6 (8:00 p.m., ET/PT, each night) on Disney Channel. An extended edition of the movie, featuring two exclusive new music numbers, will be available on Disney Blu-ray Combo Pack and DVD on Tuesday, September 7.
