New Musical BRAN CASTLE to Receive Industry Reading
Entertainment industry professionals are invited to attend a private industry presentation of Bran Castle, a new musical by Donald Nolan, on Thursday, June 21 at 11AM at Ford Studio at The Pershing Square Signature Center (480 West 42nd Street, between Dyer & 10th Avenues). Bran Castle is directed by Rachel Klein (Red Rose, Green Gold off-Broadway) and features musical direction by Andy Peterson (Atomic off-Broadway).

The Five Irish Tenors make a much-anticipated stop at the Spencer Theater today, February 25 at 7 p.m. for a concert packed with their grand vocal tradition of lyricism, dramatic flair, boisterous charm and operatic style. Accompanied by two grand pianos, the multi-award winning tenors will be singing a program packed with Irish classics like "Down By The Sally Gardens," "My Wild Irish Rose," "Green Green Grass of Home," and "Danny Boy," as well as American folk rock favorites like "The Piano Man" and "Bridge Over Troubled Waters."

Kaminski Auctions Presents 'Buster Brown' Sunday Comic Strip Original Art Works by Richard F. Outcault
Preview days for Kaminski Auctions Thanksgiving sale were very well attended which was an indication of good things to come for the annual auction. Old faces and friends visiting the preview, plus 1700 visiting online and over 30% of them new users to the site brought a worldwide audience to add to the excitement of the sale. A collection of Richard F. Outcault (American, 1863-1928) 'Buster Brown' Sunday comic strip original art works that had descended through the family of the artist brought the most excitement to the day. Buster Brown was a comic strip character created in 1902 by Richard F. Outcault and was adopted as the symbol of a children's shoe company called the Brown Shoe Company in 1904. In the early 20th century Buster Brown and his pit bull terrier' Tige' were well known to the American public.

L.A.-based arts collective The Norton School will make its company debut with the world premiere of MAX & ELSA: NO MUSIC. NO CHILDREN. at the 2015 Hollywood Fringe Festival. Written by Mason Flink & Lindsay Kerns and directed by Flink, MAX & ELSA will run at the Asylum Lab (1078 Lillian Way) from June 7-26, 2015.

Performances will be on Saturday and Sunday nights at 8:00.

Shultz's A BRIEF HISTORY OF HELEN TROY Closes At BATS 3/28
Mark Shultz's A Brief History of Helen of Troy is currently being performed at the BATS Theatre. The Heather O'Carroll-directed show will be performed until Saturday 28 March (there are no shows on Sundays or Mondays). Performances are at 6:30 pm. Tickets cost $16/$13 (concession and groups of 10+).
