Philippine Educational Theater Association, which produced hit musicals 'Rak of Aegis' and 'Care Divas,' has officially welcomed young stars-singers KD Estrada and Alexa Ilacad to its family. Estrada and Ilacad, both Star Magic contract artists, are set to lead PETA’s return to producing original Filipino musicals via 'Walang Aray,' a humorous and entertaining take on Severino Reyes’ 1898 zarzuela 'Walang Sugat.'

This time, PETA revamps Rody Vera’s provocative, relevant, and heart-wrenching anthology drama on HIV, Under My Skin, directed by Melvin Lee, from the stage to the screen, together with esteemed advocacy organizations The Red Whistle and LoveYourself, and UNILAB, Inc., PETA’s major co-presenter.

Six Tanghalang Pilipino Productions to Stream on iWant, Premieres 12 Jun 2020
Tanghalang Pilipino (TP) and the Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP) team up with ABS-CBN's streaming app iWant in bringing six previously-staged TP productions online through 'Pantawid ng Tanghalan,' a fundraiser that seeks to sustain the theater company's commitment in bringing socially-relevant productions to the public amid the pandemic. These productions will be available on iWant from 12 June to 12 July 2020.
