Arden Theatre Company Closes Season With THE 25TH ANNUAL PUTNAM COUNTY SPELLING BEE
Arden Theatre Company is diving into spring with the TONY Award winning hit musical, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee. With music and lyrics by William Finn and a book by Rachel Sheinkin, this hilarious and heartfelt musical, conceived by Rebecca Feldman, takes audiences into the heart of a Spelling Bee and the important moments of growing up that shape the people we become. Arden regular Amina Robinson returns to direct.

Celebrating its 76th Season as “The Miracle of the Forest,” Forestburgh Playhouse, under the leadership of Producing Artistic Director Franklin Trapp, announces its 2022 Season of musicals and plays, along with a summer series of exciting, safe outdoor concerts in compliance with local social distancing measures.

CAPE FEAR REGIONAL THEATRE, winner of BroadwayWorld's Award for Best Musical two years running, is pleased to announce the opening of the hit production, 'ANNIE,' with Book by Thomas Meehan, Music by Charles Strouse and Lyrics by Martin Charnin, based on 'Little Orphan Annie'. The production is directed and choreographed by Robin Levine, with musical direction by Jillian K. Zack. The show features two different youth casts of orphans, the Charles cast and the Strouse cast. Playing the roles of Annie are Lily Hogge (Charles Cast) and Zoi Pegues (Strouse Cast). Also, featured in the company are Robert Newman as Oliver 'Daddy' Warbucks, who is best known for his 28-year run as 'Joshua Lewis' on the hit television series Guiding Light, and Erin Fish as Ms. Hannigan who recently played the role on the U.S. National Tour.

The altogether kooky family made famous by the Charles Addams' 1960s sitcom will take over the Nazareth College Arts Center in The Addams Family: A New Musical Comedy.
