ShawChicago has announced Luther Goins as the company's new Managing Director, effective July 1, 2018.  He succeeds Tony Courier who is retiring after having served as Managing Director for 16 years.

ShawChicago starts its twenty-fourth season with George Bernard Shaw's American Revolution work, The Devil's Disciple. This play, capturing classical American resistance, takes place Oct. 14 - Nov. 6 at the Ruth Page Center for the Arts, 1016 N. Dearborn Street, Chicago, IL 60610. 'It's an American history lesson about our revolution,' says director Robert Scogin.
ShawChicago Theater Presents G. Bernard Shaw's HEARTBREAK HOUSE

ShawChicago concludes its 2016/17 season, Dysfunctional Family Fun, with George Bernard Shaw's World War I dramedy Heartbreak House. In a Chekovian Fantasia style, Shaw presents a caricature of the 1910s British upper class obsession with propriety. "[Essentially] the upper class who should be the ruling class fiddles while the country falls apart," says Artistic Director Robert Scogin. This production runs March 4 through March 27 at the Ruth Page Center for the Arts, 1016 N. Dearborn Street, Chicago, IL 60610.
ShawChicago to Stage James Barrie's Lost Epic SHAKESPEARE'S LEGACY

ShawChicago presents Shakespeare's People, a collection of the Bard's most coveted words, and the American premiere of James Barrie's lost epic, Shakespeare's Legacy. It premiered 100 years ago, was lost, and later uncovered at the University of Chicago library. This one-night performance is part of the Shakespeare 400 celebration in Chicago. It will take place on October 24 at the Ruth Page Center for the Arts, 1016 N. Dearborn Street, Chicago, IL 60610.
