The Woodstock Film Festival today announced the full lineup for its landmark 20th Anniversary, taking place from October 2-6 in the historic Hudson Valley towns of Woodstock, Rhinebeck, Kingston, Saugerties, and Rosendale. Widely acknowledged for showcasing passionate, creative and thought-provoking work by some of today's most promising and accomplished independent filmmakers, this year's festival will showcase more than 50 features from around the world, as well as many short films, and will include panels, live performances, and other special events.

Continuing the company's aggressive repertory expansion that explores the range of today's male dancer, this program features two World Debuts - a quartet entitled "The Blind Men and the Elephant" by Julie Bour, and a quintet entitled "Trouble Will Find Me" by Doug Elkins. James' poignant duet, "Closing the Glass Door," which completes the program, and Bour's work will have live musical accompaniment.

On this occasion, Museum of the Moving Image presents Bill Sage: Then and Now, two special screenings on consecutive evenings, each followed by conversations with Sage and filmmakers:Simple Men (1992) with director Hal Hartley, co-star Robert Burke, and Sage in person on Monday, September 23, at 7:00 p.m. and a preview screening of We Are What We Are (2013) with director Jim Mickle and Sage in person on Tuesday, September 24, at 7:00 p.m. See below for descriptions and ticket information.
