Irish Rep Announces One Week Extension Of KINGFISHERS CATCH FIRE

Irish Repertory Theatre (Charlotte Moore, Artistic Director and Ciarán O'Reilly, Producing Director) is proud to announce a one-week extension of the World Premiere of Kingfishers Catch Fire, by Robin Glendinning (Jennifer's Holiday), directed by Kent Paul (Lost in Yonkers). Kingfishers Catch Fire began performances in the W. Scott McLucas Studio Theatre on September 11, 2019, and opened September 22. Originally scheduled for a limited run through October 20, the production will now run through October 27, 2019.
Irish Rep Extends LITTLE GEM, Plus Casting for KINGFISHERS CATCH FIRE

Irish Repertory Theatre announced today an extension for Little Gem by Elaine Murphy (Shush) and directed by Marc Atkinson Borrull (Outlying Islands). Little Gem began previews on July 17, 2019 on the Francis J. Greenburger Mainstage and opened July 25 and will now play through September 8, 2019.

The UK revival of Beirut by American playwright and author Alan Bowne is set to be performed at Park Theatre from 12th June to 7th July 2018. Written in the 1980s at the height of the AIDS crisis (which the playwright died of at 44 years old), Beirut is a cutting examination of a society ravaged by a nameless disease.
EASTENDERS Star Paul Nicholas to Lead Cambridge Arts Theatre Production of DICK WHITTINGTON AND HIS CAT

Cambridge Arts Theatre is delighted to announce that Eastenders' bad boy, Paul Nicholas will lead the cast of its 2016 family pantomime, Dick Whittington and his Cat.  Fresh from playing on-screen baddie Gavin Sullivan in Eastenders, the BAFTA nominated Just Good Friends star will play the despicable and cunning baddie King Rat. With a career spanning over 40 years, including starring roles in Cats, Jesus Christ Superstar, Hair and Grease, as well as a successful pop career and many TV and film roles, Paul will be spending Christmas in Cambridge to wreak havoc in true panto style.
