Rob Cohen

Rob is a Music Director, Pianist, Composer, Arranger and Orchestrator based in Juneau Alaska. He has worked on numerous occasions with Juneau's Perseverance Theatre over the past 20 years. Recent credits include Music Director, Pianist, Bandleader and Orchestrator/Arranger for Perseverance Theatre's Winter 2014 production of CHICAGO. Rob was Music Director, Conductor and Pianist for the 2012/2013 Juneau and Anchorage World-Premiere presentations of the Mark Hollman/Adrien Royce musical "Bigfoot and Other Lost Souls." 2012 credits also include that of Pianist/Conductor for Perseverance Theatre's production of "Oklahoma." In 2010 Rob was Composer, Arranger, Orchestrator, Music Director and Guitarist for Perseverance's original musical adaptation of Humperdinck's "Hansel & Gretel." Additional credits include "Working" (Music Director, Pianist, Conductor), "Cabaret (Music Director, Pianist, Full Score Reduction, Conductor), "Coyote Goes Salmon Fishing" (Musician, Conductor), and "Little Shop of Horrors" (Pianist, Bandleader). Rob has also served as a consultant with Perseverance Theatre in regard to the various and above-mentioned aspects of musical production in which he is skilled.
