Hudson Theatre Works Announces 2022-2023 Season
The season will open on September 24 and 25, with our first children’s show in 2 years. “Red and the Hoods” directed by Beatriz Esteban-Messina. On October 1 and 2nd our in- house company, the Forge, will be performing our 10 Minute Play Festival benefit with writers like John Patrick Shanley, Sarah T. Schwab and Richard Vetere.

Eric Krebs & THEATER555 will present a staged reading of Last Day by Richard Vetere. Inspired by the William Butler Yeats quote, 'The beautiful and innocent have no enemy but time.' Last Day is a vigorous exploration of love & friendship at the end of the 20th Century.

Hudson Theatre Works will open on October 7th with Bunnies by New Jersey Playwright, Joanne Hoersch. Bunnies tells the story of five Playboy Bunnies, who n 1973, at the New York Playboy Club, find themselves uplifted by the rise of feminism, haunted by the GoodBar murder and conflicted about their jobs as sex symbols, while they bond in humor and compassion over the course of one evening.
